“Although my rental doesn't officially begin until November 1st, I wanted to share my initial experience with Southside Storage. I recently had the opportunity to walk through the facility, and I was genuinely impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything appeared. The storage areas were tidy, and I saw no signs of mice or other pest activity, which was particularly important to me when choosing a storage facility. I also contacted their customer service call center and was very pleased with the experience. The response was quick, the representative was helpful, and my questions were handled efficiently. While there are no staff members physically on-site and assistance is provided over the phone, the process was smooth and convenient. Overall, Southside Storage has made an excellent first impression. I'm looking forward to moving my belongings in and hope the positive experience continues.
